| How METAL SET LISTS Started |
| In late 2003, a few strangers became good friends on the Iron Maiden bulletin board. They met up for Maiden's concerts in Los Angeles in January of 2004. Over the six months, a few of them kept getting together for concerts in California. Like most concert goers, they wanted to know what would be played in advance. The IMBB kept records until it crashed and everything was lost. So in July of 2004, Hot_Turkey_Ed threw up this site and people have been building and adding onto it every since. The site exists to collect and centralize set lists from metal concerts but it is as much about sharing the music we love, going to concerts, and having fun. This is our story. Enjoy! |
