Was this a headlining set, or who were they opening for?

Regardless, I like this set a lot.

They were special guests to Amorphis.

Needs more from Tall Poppy Syndrome for me, although 'Passing' is easily the best song on that disc.

That's why I can't complain.

Should I take it you're not a fan of Amorphis?

Sort of. They're one of those bands where I can listen to them, and enjoy everything I hear, but I'm just not that bothered about making any effort for them.

I stayed long enough to photograph them for the first three songs, and probably if I didn't have a 2+ hour journey home I'd have watched their set.

That's cool. I'm a big Amorphis, but I do understand why some people wouldn't want a full headlining set of them. Especially with a long travel back.
