Their performance was still sweet though. For me though, the best act of the night were Deftones. I saw them back in 2006 at Taste Of Chaos, but I was kind of worn out when they came on and didn't really get into it, but last night I sure did and was completely blown away by them! Also, my dad and I aren't really that big of Slipknot fans so we left after 4 songs to beat the traffic home. They sure put on a very entertaining show though! All in all, a super fun time!
Even with me being sick the entire day, it was fucking awesome. If you saw a guy in a Testament work shirt taking pictures in front of the guard rail...that was me.

Even though that Gojira set is only 30 minutes, it's still awesome.

We never went into the main crowd up close, but that's sweet that you were for sure! If you could provide the link to see them, that would be great!

I'm uploading my interviews from Summer Slaughter in Milwaukee back on Friday first, then I'll be uploading the pics from Knotfest. They are only of Serj, Deftones, Lamb of God and Slipknot sadly.

Well I will take your word for it on those three as I didn't get there to see those three, but everything after Evisceration Plague from Cannibal Corpse, and everything before The Heretic Anthem from Slipknot I can verify for being there.

My Pics from Knotfest 2012:

I'll share this pic as a preview. I am quite proud that Corey Taylor posed for me to take this one, and it actually came out almost professional:
