Nucleus (Death Metal)
Thought I'd get around to promoting this here. I've been playing guitar for Nucleus for about 2 months now. We play death metal and our lyrics are basically about sci-fi related stuff. Links below are our Facebook page, and some of our songs. We're hoping to record a demo/EP next month with an older song that wasn't recorded, 2 new songs, and a re-recording of Echoes from the Abyss (as of now).

May as well post the event page for the show we're playing March 29th. Last month one of the Chicago scene's good friends passed away from a heart attack and there is a benefit show being held for him. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. The lineup is:

We finally got a live video of the updated lineup from a couple months ago. This was taken at a backyard show we played on April 27, so the sound is kinda weird but still good overall.
