On the subject of Record Store Day, I don't know how big the take up is over there, but here it's always going to fail until more record stores actually bother taking part. In central London I'm basically surrounded by record stores within easy travel at lunchtimes, but there aren't any I can get to during the day that are actually carrying the exclusive product.

On the Record Store day website it lists all these stores that are supposedly participating but it seems like none of them round me ever actually have any of the product. Often times they don't even know about certain things when I ask if they'll be carrying them. So I've never done a Record Store day.

Although it partially defeats the point of Record Store Day, Divebomb records is reissuing the first two Scanner albums for that day

They should make them available online
