DRI graced the Token Lounge stage tonight in Westland. It was magical, and shredded major toosh. I'm almost positive they played everything that was written on their setlist.

Thats almost as many songs as a McCartney set, holy moly. I know they're short songs but still! Get yer money's worth for sure.

They posted a picture of their 2013 setlist on facebook saying it was going to be 40 songs long...

Well that's stupid to post a 40 song setlist and say its what they're going to play this year, then use a short setlist and complain they couldn't do the one they wanted. Maybe the venue cut their set?

They had a huge setlist posted beside their backdrop. It only had the 32 songs on it. I just saw the 40 song setlist on their facebook, i wonder if they ended playing it the first few shows this year and than realized its too tiring.

You're probably right. They might have outdone themselves on trying to do 40 songs so they cut it back down to the usual 32.

We usually play about 30 of these 40 songs, in about 90 minutes.

Got that from Spike Cassidy's Facebook. I don't know what the DRI one said, but I agree that it's misleading with the setlist saying "40 songs 2 hours" or something like that.

Maybe I'm a little late to the party but is DRI supposed to be doing a new album somewhat soon since they played a few new songs or have those been being played for awhile?

There are murmurs of a new album in the wake. Against me though has been around since 2004. Which I thought was weird when they said it was a new song last night yet i remember them playing it in 2009.
