Yeah, then they had that announcement that it was going to be Atreyu in their rumored slot. Talk about a letdown.

Now knowing this 7 years after the fact I'm now disappointed.

Official announcement coming 6/17. My guess is Godsmack is on here. I'm sure if you piece together the bands from all the recent destination festivals, you'll have a good idea of who's on here. Smart money is on Rob Zombie, Buckcherry, Alter Bridge, Theory of a Deadman, Pop Evil, Papa Roach, Cilver, Limp Bizkit, Chevelle, Rise Against, Seether, Mastodon, Kyng, or Burn Halo being on this... obviously not all these bands, but probably about 50% of them. If I had to take a stab at what to expect, I'd say you're going to see the tour shape up close to this -

Main Stage:
Godsmack
Rob Zombie
Buckcherry
Alter Bridge
Chevelle
Theory of a Deadman

Side Stage:
Mastodon
Kyng
Otherwise
Burn Halo

Side Stage:
Clutch
Pop Evil
Nonpoint
Cilver

No way Clutch does a stage. They can make more off headlining tours. They aren't a package tour type band. Probably close on the others.

Considering that Clutch is going on tour in September, they are not doing Uproar. Conflict of Cities, or whatever that contract law is where you can't play twice in a city in a certain time frame.

Doing a side stage @ RotR isn't quite like doing Uproar. They did Sounds of the Underground almost 10 years ago and their name isn't ever even rumored in these big package tours. Their sales keep growing. They do just fine w/o these types of tours. Plus who wants a 35 min set?

There's no way Mastodon does a festival like this. Especially on a side stage. that's just plain stupid
